Job Overview:
This is a challenging opportunity to lead and motivate nursing teams in a clinical excellence-focused environment.
As a key member of the hospital leadership team, you will be responsible for promoting a culture of collaboration and ongoing development within the nursing department.
- Lead and motivate nursing teams to achieve high standards of care and professionalism.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff development processes to ensure seamless integration of new staff members.
- Set performance expectations and provide continuous coaching and feedback to support staff growth and development.
- Work closely with doctors, allied health professionals, and department heads to establish and implement clinical protocols grounded in best practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards while prioritizing patient safety and care quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a recognized institution, along with post-basic qualifications in a relevant specialty.
- Registered Nurse with at least 10 years of clinical experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Prior experience in nursing administration, preferably involving hospital startups or expansions.
- Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement practices.
