We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-service oriented individual to provide exceptional reception and administrative support to our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, handling calls and emails, managing meeting room bookings, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area. Administrative duties include data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying, as well as monitoring office supplies and coordinating with vendors on office maintenance and facilities works.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and handle incoming calls and emails
- Manage meeting room bookings and maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors on office maintenance and facilities works
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 1 year of receptionist and administrative experience (added advantage). You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. Additionally, you will need to have strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
