Job Title: Office Support Professional

As a highly organized and efficient Office Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

  • Prepare documents such as quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices, using your attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Perform procurement tasks, utilizing your knowledge of office supplies and equipment;
  • Enter data into various systems, including accounts payable, purchase orders, equipment inventory, and confidential employee or departmental files;
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner;
  • Operate office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines, with ease and efficiency;

In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and resolving problems independently, using your analytical skills and creativity;
  • Organizing and prioritizing work effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results;
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems, ensuring seamless access to information.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. They should also have a basic understanding of office equipment and clerical procedures.
