Our organization is seeking a seasoned Project Director to oversee the entirety of our construction projects.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to determine project specifications.
  • They will meet with potential clients, agents, and business partners to create new opportunities for growth.
  • Site meetings, client briefings, and site measurements will be attended to ensure that projects are on track.
  • Tender documentation and necessary permits and licenses will be prepared by the Project Director.
  • Documentation work, including permitting before renovation work begins, will be managed effectively.
  • Setting objectives, project plans, methodologies, and timelines will be an essential part of this role.
  • The Project Director will evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports for periodic updates.
  • Areas for improvement will be identified to maximize efficiency and reduce project costs.
  • Effectively managing and supervising a team of construction workers will be a key responsibility.
  • Clients will be coordinated with to ensure smooth project execution.
  • All products will meet agreed specifications and maintain high workmanship standards.

We require:

  • Diploma in Architecture or Building
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in related industry
  • Able to work independently and adapt to changing environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team with colleagues, clients, and sub-contractors
