The role of Administrative Support Specialist is a pivotal position in shaping the future of healthcare delivery. As part of the Digital Health Readiness (DHR) team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth implementation of change management initiatives.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, training sessions, and events, including sending invites and participant tracking.
  • Maintain accurate records of change plans, communications, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Update and maintain stakeholder contact databases and communication platforms.
  • Support basic report generation and status tracking for the DHR team.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for staff enquiries about change events, schedules, or training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain appointment letters and administrative documentation.
  • Manage and track feedback from stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Provide secretarial support to the Digital Health Readiness team.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business, Healthcare related studies, or related fields with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in M365 applications will be an advantage.
  • Excellent organisational skills with ability to multitask, work under pressure, and within tight timelines.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
