Ergoworks is seeking a skilled Business Development Professional to drive corporate sales growth and onboarding of corporate partners. This role will focus on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving results in the B2B sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Corporate Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase corporate sales and expand our client base in the B2B market.
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold outreach, and follow-up.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients.
- Onboarding Corporate Partners: Identify potential partners, present tailored solutions, and manage the onboarding process.
- Client Relationship Management: Build, foster, and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Ensure a healthy sales pipeline by organizing sales activities and prioritizing key prospects and clients.
- Market Trends & Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to tailor solutions that meet market demand.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns and product developments.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in corporate wellness, office equipment, or ergonomic solutions.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions that add value.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
