Senior Backend Physical Design Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Design Engineer to join our organization. As a key member of the design team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical design, with expertise in chip floorplanning, clock architecture, and power planning. You will collaborate with our front-end design team to deliver high-quality designs that meet our customers' needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage physical design tasks from netlist to GDSII, including P&R, formal verification, static timing analysis, physical verification, power analysis, and tapeout.
- Develop and implement advanced physical design methodologies and build an automatic physical design platform.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or above in electronic engineering, microelectronics, or computer science.
- At least 5 years of work experience in digital backend design, with hands-on project experience required.
- Experience with TCL, Perl, or Python scripting and EDA tool design is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, confidence, and self-motivation are essential.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin for stakeholder coordination is preferred.
