Senior IC Backend Design Expert

Job Overview:

  • Collaborate with the front-end design team to develop comprehensive chip floorplans, clock architectures, and power plans.
  • Leverage P&R, formal verification, static timing analysis, physical verification, power analysis, design for reliability, and tapeout expertise to deliver high-quality designs.
  • Research and develop innovative physical design methodologies for advanced process nodes, and establish an automated physical design platform.

Requirements:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in electronic engineering, microelectronics, or computer science.
  • Bring at least 5 years of experience in digital backend design, with hands-on project experience and preference given to tapeout experience at advanced technology nodes.
  • Familiarity with TCL, Perl, or Python script development and EDA tool design is an advantage.
  • Develop strong communication skills, confidence, and self-motivation to excel in this role.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to coordinate effectively with stakeholders.
