Job Title:
Achieve Technical Excellence as a Senior Backend Design Expert

Job Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional backend design engineer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge ASIC designs. With a strong background in backend design and experience in managing complex projects, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ASIC designs that meet performance, power, and area requirements.

As a technical leader, you will oversee physical design tasks from netlist to GDSII, including place and route, formal verification, static timing analysis, physical verification, power analysis, and tapeout.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead collaborative efforts between cross-functional teams to achieve design excellence.
  • Develop innovative solutions to improve design efficiency and productivity, leveraging expertise in process nodes and technologies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in backend design.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in electronic engineering, microelectronics, or computer science.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital backend design, with hands-on project experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of TCL, Perl, or Python scripting and EDA tool design is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Bilingual English proficiency for effective stakeholder coordination.
