This role reports to the Chef Concierge and is responsible for supervising and training the Bell team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Porter and possess excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasant disposition.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and train the Bell team to ensure fair task delegation and adherence to grooming standards.
• Deploy porters based on operational needs, managing entrance activities such as traffic control and taxi bookings.
• Maintain and oversee the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, driveway, and baggage room, including audits and inventory checks.
• Handle guest inquiries related to local tours and directions in the absence of the Concierge.
• Ensure the functionality of concierge equipment and perform additional front office duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements
• Prior experience as a Porter will be a plus.
• Well-groomed and immaculate appearance.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and a pleasant disposition.
• Knowledge on Opera PMS System preferred.
