Fleet Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the rental fleet's maintenance cost and utilization, including initiating disposal based on data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, IT, or relevant disciplines.

  • Supporting Sales teams on special projects, such as VNA and equipment modifications.
  • Managing the rental fleet's maintenance cost and utilization, including initiating disposal based on data analysis.
  • Providing technical expertise to Sales teams and customers on product solutions and capabilities.
  • Working closely with Sales teams to understand customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Preparing proposals, including timelines, risk assessments, design workflows, and product modifications.
  • Collaborating with vendors to ensure successful solution deployment and feasibility of new solutions.
  • Assisting in identifying product development priorities and communicating them within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, IT, or relevant disciplines, with about 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Material Handling Equipment and Warehouse Logistics. Knowledge of warehouse operations optimization is an advantage. Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (especially Excel), strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving are also essential.

This role requires a team player with the ability to work independently under pressure. Willingness to constantly learn new technologies and skills is also required.
