Job Title: Fleet Management Specialist
Fleet Management ExpertiseWe are seeking an experienced Fleet Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing fleets and possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
About the Role- Support Sales and Leasing managers on special projects, such as VNA and modification for equipment.
- Manage the rental fleet's maintenance cost and utilization, including disposal processes with data analysis.
- Provide expertise to Sales teams and customers regarding product solution offerings and capabilities.
- Collaborate with Principals to ensure successful deployment and feasibility assessment of new solutions.
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or IT related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Material Handling Equipment with Warehouse Logistics knowledge.
- Well-versed in optimizing warehouse operations.
- Able to work well under high-pressure situations.
- Skilled in fleet management, project analysis, and solution working with principals and vendors.

Key Responsibilities- Create proposals, including timelines, risk assessments, design workflows, product designs, and modifications.
- Assist in identifying product development priorities and communicating these throughout the organization.
