Job Title: Ward Service Associate (West Hospital/Inpatient)Our organization seeks a skilled and compassionate individual to fill the role of Ward Service Associate in our West Hospital, working on 3 shifts.

The ideal candidate will assist patients with feeding, ensuring timely meal ordering and correct delivery. They will also maintain a clean environment by tidying the ward, pantry, and utility areas.

  • Assist patients with feeding and adhere to infection control practices
  • Maintain a clean environment in the ward, pantry, and utility areas
  • Report patient feedback or concerns to the nursing team
  • Handle ad hoc tasks from supervisors and participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Completed GCE 'N' level or WSQ Certificate in Health Care Support (Nursing Care)
  • Experience in F&B industry or customer service roles an advantage
  • Excellent customer service skills with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Capable of working 2 rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
