About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in the valve industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and delivering technical presentations to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the valve industry, leveraging your expertise and network to drive growth.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business through excellent communication and service.
  • Tech Sales: Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our valve solutions.
  • Customer Solutions: Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific needs, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Proposals: Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients effectively, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales or business development roles within the valve or related industries.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of valve products and their applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Performance Metrics: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
