As a Maintenance Technician, you will be joining a team providing maintenance services to our valued customers, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and develop innovations.
As a Valve Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for:
Assembling valves, including all required preparation and sub-assembly work, to the highest quality standards using approved manufacturing procedures.
Interpreting written specifications, manufacturing instructions, and using standard measuring instruments.
Using small hand tools and operating material handling equipment including forklifts, cranes, hoists, and pallet handlers.
Participating in team-based improvement activities to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
Performing valve final inspection to the respective procedure, troubleshooting and resolving valve leakage issues.
Adhering to Environmental, Health and Safety policy; 5 S; and other requirements relating to care of equipment and PPE.Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have ITE technical qualifications preferably in mechanical engineering or its equivalent.
Have experience in mechanical testing in an assembly/production/industrial environment.
Have past valve assembly & test experience which will be an added advantage.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office software to generate test reports and have general computer skills to perform valve calibration.
Have 3-5 years of experience in mechanical manufacturing and knowledge in machining.Work in a way that works for you
