Job Overview

As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional technical support to our clients. Your primary objective will be to collaborate with the sales team to address pre-sales inquiries and provide expert technical assistance to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the sales team to provide prompt and accurate responses to customer queries.
  • Deliver high-quality technical support to our customers through various channels.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proficiency in CCTV, Door Access, and Solar products, although not essential, is highly desirable.
