Job Title: IT Solutions Expert

The role of an IT Solutions Expert is crucial in ensuring that all application systems remain in good working order.

  • Key responsibilities include performing routine checks and escalating any anomalies to the Project Manager.
  • Documenting changes/enhancements arising from service requests.
  • Ensuring seamless system integration and resolving production emergencies in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end software development lifecycle and work experience in system support, troubleshooting, and maintaining software applications.

Proficiency in Microsoft .Net framework, front-end technologies such as JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, and JQuery, and relational databases like MySQL and MS-SQL is required. Experience in developing web/mobile applications using REST based web services and APIs, cloud computing, and Agile methodologies is preferred.

A minimum of 2 years of work experience in Singapore is required. The candidate should be open to learning new technologies, frameworks, and programming languages to meet the demands of the workplace.
