Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report daily bar inventory and par reports, aligning with sales data to optimize operations.
  • Create effective duty rosters, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet business demands.
  • Foster strong communication with cross-functional teams, including Banquet Sales, Kitchen, and other departments.
  • Represent the Banquet Manager in their absence, participating in daily F&B briefings, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Investigate and report breakage and losses in the banquet section, implementing corrective measures.
  • Lead the banquet service team in maintaining exceptional service standards, adhering to food and beverage service department guidelines.
  • Adhere to established cleaning schedules for the banquet section, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Receive and handle banquet booking inquiries and special arrangements with professionalism.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Banquet Manager or Assistant Banquet Manager.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in banquet service.
  • Strong knowledge of banquet operations and high-end service standards.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Organized with strong planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
