Senior DevOps Cloud Engineer Position

This is a critical role that involves overseeing the deployment of cloud computing systems. The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications and/or proficiency in the following areas:

  • Cloud operations, including administration of On-Premise Servers (AWS and Azure)
  • IAM, ECS, EKS, Route Tables, NACL, Security Groups, NSG
  • DevOps experience, including CI/CD pipeline building and management using Terraform and Ship/Hats
  • Linux and Windows platforms
  • Microsoft Hyper-V, VMWare ESXi's & vCenter, Nutanix, Azure, and AWS
  • Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, IIS, SCCM, WSUS, Windows Cluster
  • Backup products (Commvault/Netbackup Veritas), Anti-virus products (TrendMicro/Symantec)
  • Automation tools (Terraform, Chef)
  • Storage products knowledge

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Senior DevOps Cloud Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud operations, with experience in administration of On-Premise Servers and Cloud Operations (AWS and Azure). They should also be proficient in Terraform using Ship/Hats, and have good working experience with Linux and Windows platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining large-scale cloud computing systems. They will oversee the deployment of servers, storage, networking, and security infrastructure to ensure efficient operation and scalability.

Requirements:

  • At least five years of hands-on experience in administration of On-Premise Servers and Cloud Operations (AWS and Azure)
  • Proficiency in Terraform using Ship/Hats
  • Good working experience with Linux and Windows platforms
  • Good working experience with Microsoft Hyper-V, VMWare ESXi's & vCenter, Nutanix, Azure, and AWS
  • Very proficient in Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, IIS, SCCM, WSUS, Windows Cluster
  • Preferably experience in Commvault/Netbackup Veritas Backup Products
  • Preferably experience in TrendMicro/Symantec Anti-virus products
  • Exposure to cloud automation tools such as Terraform, Chef, etc.
  • Knowledge of storage products is an advantage
