Job Opportunity: Cloud Infrastructure Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Architect to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing cloud-based infrastructure solutions.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, with expertise in Azure Stack Hub hybrid cloud computing solution. They will also have experience in working with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud solutions, as well as experience in configuring underlying infrastructure and services within the Azure Stack Hub using tools like Azure PowerShell and client libraries.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting stringent SLA requirements, ensuring zero service level breaches and achieving 100% compliance with policy and procedure. They will also have experience in developing troubleshooting utility tools and log analysis dashboards, writing troubleshooting guides for cloud engineers' reference, and escalating problems to the appropriate stakeholders/principals when necessary.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based infrastructure solutions
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud solutions
  • Configure underlying infrastructure and services within the Azure Stack Hub
  • Develop troubleshooting utility tools and log analysis dashboards
  • Escalate problems to the appropriate stakeholders/principals when necessary
  • Ensure generation and management of support tickets according to SLA requirements
Requirements:
  • Masters (preferably) or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering studies
  • At least 10 years in IT Systems and Server design and administration
  • At least 5 to 8 years of experience in cloud operations, focusing on cloud infrastructure setup and maintenance across platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • At least 5 years in managing Microsoft Azure Stack Hub hybrid cloud computing solution
  • Minimum 3 year of experience in cloud security administration
  • Must have relevant cloud and IT systems professional certifications such as Azure Stack Hub Operator Associate (Az600), Azure Administrator Associate (Az104), RHCE, VCP6 and etc. ITIL certification will be an advantage
