Technology Strategy Director

This role sits within the Technology Strategy and Transformation team, driving business growth in the region through creation, sale, and delivery of TS&T solutions.
- Demonstrate expertise in technology strategy for banking institutions or telco industries with exposure to IT strategy, architecture, and operating model design.
- Develop large-scale technology transformation programs that align technology elements with key business priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and deliver new opportunities.
A strong background in information technology, business information systems, or related disciplines is essential. Minimum 15 years of experience working in IT implementation/consulting, preferably leading projects and managing resources and financials.
Demonstrated experience in cloud strategy and transformation, as well as delivery of large technology transformation programs.
Exceptional interpersonal, team building, and communication skills, showcasing executive presence when managing senior client stakeholders.
Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings.
Commitment to professional excellence and personal growth.
Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in English, self-motivation, and ability to work in stressful situations with changing priorities.
Proven demonstration of sound business acumen, teamwork, and leadership qualities.
