Job Title: Event Experience Manager

The Event Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring that speakers have a seamless experience at our events. This includes managing the speaker database, liaising with speakers and their teams to complete the onboarding process, arranging travel and accommodation if applicable, and setting up content preparation calls if applicable.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the speaker database and ensure it is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Liaise with confirmed speakers and their teams to complete their onboarding process, arrange travel and accommodation if applicable, and set up content preparation calls if applicable.
  • Respond to queries from speakers in a prompt and accurate manner.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure that the events are delivered to the highest standards.

  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure the seamless execution of speaker-experience and content-related activities.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure that the events are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Perform other duties assigned by your manager from time to time.
