Strategic HR Leader Job Opportunity

This position plays a pivotal role in driving the organization's human resources functions and activities to meet strategic objectives. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that foster a high-performance culture, empower employees, and promote professional growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's overall vision and mission.
    • Foster a high-performance culture by empowering employees, promoting professional growth, and providing opportunities for development.
    • Attract, select, and retain top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs.
    • Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.
    • Develop and implement performance management systems to drive results and improve productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Business or Human Resources.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of HR leadership experience and 3 years of generalist experience.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, leadership and influence skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
