Key Account Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Professional to lead the modern trade channel growth strategies and drive product movement for all brands. This role involves collaborating with wholesalers to launch targeted initiatives, strengthening partnerships with key customers and stakeholders, and overseeing promotional activities, sales initiatives, and operational processes.

About the Role

This is a mid-senior level full-time position that requires at least 5 years of experience in modern trade, managing Sheng Shiong / DFI / NTUC FairPrice. The ideal candidate should have experience managing wholesalers or distributors and managing off-trade sales, as well as a strong financial acumen in analyzing P&L.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and rollout of channel growth strategies and action plans to boost distribution and drive product movement for all brands.
  • They will work closely with wholesalers to launch targeted initiatives that strengthen distribution and expand market reach.
  • The candidate will also be responsible for strengthening partnerships with key customers and stakeholders.

In addition, the Key Account Professional will oversee promotional activities, sales initiatives, and operational processes, analyze sales trends, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement. They will also collaborate with marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure efficient resource allocation to meet sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in modern trade, managing Sheng Shiong / DFI / NTUC FairPrice.
  • Experience managing wholesalers or distributors and managing off-trade sales.
  • Strong financial acumen in analyzing P&L.
