Efficient Returns Coordinator

The role of a Returns Management Administrator involves managing and processing product returns efficiently. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure timely handling of returns, warranty claims, and defective product replacements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage RMA requests for defective or returned products.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve product issues.
- Track and maintain RMA records, including approvals, shipments, and replacements.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding RMA status.
- Generate reports and dashboards on RMA trends, volumes, and resolutions.
- Assist in inventory adjustments related to returned or replaced products.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in RMA, warranty processing or inventory/operations support.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
