Finance Business Consulting Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Finance Business Consulting Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

As a key member of our Finance Business Consulting team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of finance by analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategic solutions.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting data gathering and process analysis through interviews and walkthroughs with client counterparts.
  • Analyzing, optimizing, and redesigning end-to-end Finance processes, including technology used.
  • Supporting automation of Finance processes using Robotic Process Automation, AI, and Machine Learning.
  • Researching and collecting relevant information to provide value-added recommendations.
  • Describing Finance Policies and improving Finance Data & Standards, working towards their implementation.
  • Assisting in determining the digital Finance strategy, designing the Finance Operating Model, and setting up Finance Governance.
  • Supporting proposal development with Managers, Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners.
  • Participating in internal Finance trainings and completing web-based learnings to stay current in the Finance area.

Requirements:

Degree in any discipline, preferably in Finance or Accounting

Strong written, communication, and presentation skills in English;
Additional local language skills a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
