About Us

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Finance Business Consulting Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to our clients in understanding their current-state processes through interviews and process walkthroughs.

You will analyze, optimize and/or redesign end-to-end Finance processes, including technology used. Additionally, you will prepare and support the automation of Finance processes using Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and guide team in gathering data and information to understand the current-state processes through interviews and process walkthroughs with the client counterparts
  • Analyze, understand, optimize and/or (re-)design end-to-end Finance processes, including technology used
  • Prepare and support the automation of Finance processes using Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
  • Lead research and collection of relevant information and knowledge from our internal resources to provide value-adding recommendations
  • Determine the (digital) Finance strategy, design the Finance Operating Model and set up the Finance Governance to arm CFO offices for the future Finance Function
Requirements
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting discipline, with at least 5-8 years of relevant experience as a Process Champion or Consultant
  • Equipped with knowledge on ERP systems and functionalities, as it relates to major Finance business processes such as order to cash, procure to pay, and record to report
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills in English (additional local language skills are considered an asset)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially in Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Prior experience of leading team for projects and pursuits
