Are you an operations expert with a talent for coordination? We're looking for someone to excel in the fast-paced world of international trade.

Our company is at the forefront of Heidelberg Materials Trading, handling dry-bulk products exports and imports worldwide. Our Singapore office is seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Trade Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with the Trading and Shipping Departments to ensure seamless seaborne deliveries.
  2. Prepare import and export documentation in compliance with specific requirements, guaranteeing timely issuance of all cargo-related documents.
  3. Maintain daily communication with suppliers, customers, shipping agents, banks, surveyors, and other relevant parties to address documentation requirements for cross-border shipments.
  4. Ensure the preparation and issuance of necessary documents for importing goods into the destination country, typically 10 to 15 per shipment.
  5. Oversee the operational flow of shipments, including invoicing, documentation, Letters of Credit presentation, and processing invoices from vendors.
