Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Digital Operations Manager to lead our digital projects and ensure seamless execution.

  • Synergise with clients on their digital objectives and convey this to the team for execution.
  • Be on top of project schedules and deliverables; ensure all deliverables are on time and of exceptional quality.
  • Wireframes/project overviews, specifications, and documentation.
  • Participate in marketing planning and creative generation of fresh ideas.
  • Liaise with partners and vendors with a keen eye on the quality of their deliverables.
  • Management and resolution of client issues.
  • Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) all status meetings, client meetings, and client calls.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Digital Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Leading digital projects from conception to completion.
  2. Developing and implementing effective strategies to meet business objectives.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  4. Providing excellent customer service and support.
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum a diploma holder in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
  • 1-2 years prior advertising agency experience preferred.
  • Experience in digital marketing.
  • A sophisticated understanding of digital media, new trends, and technologies.
  • Thorough understanding of agency functions is an added bonus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational, time, and self-management skills.
  • Detail oriented, with excellent follow-through skills.
  • Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure.
  • Comprehensive understanding of general marketing practices.
