**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori education leader to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the cognitive, social, and emotional development of children aged 2-6 years.

  • Lead a Model Montessori Classroom: Design and maintain an inviting, safe, and orderly Montessori prepared environment, ensuring constant supervision and safety of children, maintaining compliance with city-mandated teacher-to-child ratios.

  • Cultivate a Positive Learning Environment: Deliver Montessori lessons in a thoughtful, sequential manner aligned with Guidepost Montessori training standards, engaging with children in a warm, respectful, and joyful way that nurtures independence and confidence.

  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Collaborate closely with Assistant Guides to deliver a consistently high-quality Montessori learning experience, addressing student challenges through teamwork with your Mentor, Head of School, and peers.

  • Communicate Effectively: Maintain regular, personalized communication with parents using approved platforms, providing structured feedback on each child's progress through parent-teacher conferences, progress reports, and/or portfolio presentations.

  • Qualifications: To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Fluent Language Skills: Fluent in English or Mandarin.

  • Education: Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

  • Montessori Training: Possess a MACTE-accredited Montessori Diploma (AMI or AMS preferred).

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience working with children aged 2–6 years.

  • Priorities: A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
