About the Role:

This is an exciting chance to lead a model Montessori classroom, fostering a safe, inviting, and orderly environment that encourages children to grow and thrive. As a Montessori Learning Guide, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality learning experiences, ensuring constant supervision, and collaborating closely with Assistant Guides.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a collaborative learning environment, promoting independence, confidence, and social skills among students.
  • Demonstrate expertise in delivering Montessori lessons, aligning with Guidepost Montessori training standards.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with parents through regular communication, progress updates, and parental involvement.
  • Promote a vibrant school community by actively participating in staff meetings, community events, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • Languages: Fluent in English or Mandarin.
  • Education: Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Certification: MACTE-accredited Montessori Diploma (AMI or AMS preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience working with children aged 2-6 years.
  • Mindset: Proactive, growth-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
