About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management and be proficient in Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with various departments to perform detailed functional analysis of business requirements;
- Designing, developing, and implementing automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate;
- Creating and maintaining interactive BI dashboards using tools such as Power BI to provide insights for decision-making;
- Preparing and coordinating testing activities including execution of test cases, analyzing test results & logging defects tracking during user acceptance test as well as supporting post Go-Live activities;
- Preparing documentation, stakeholder presentations, training, and project tracking activities;
- Assisting in troubleshooting and identifying process improvement opportunities and recommending solutions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field;
- Basic knowledge of Power BI and/or Power Automate and Gen AI is preferred;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools;
- Effective communication skills for requirement gathering, facilitating meetings between IT and business stakeholders, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
