About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Business Solutions Specialist . This role will involve working closely with clients to identify their technical and business needs, proposing tailored solutions, and driving engagement through comprehensive written proposals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure lifecycle and enterprise technology, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in infrastructure services. A Computer Science degree holder or equivalent is preferred, and proficiency in proof-of-concept strategies and RFP/RFQ responses is essential.

This position requires excellent communication, presentation, and team player skills. The successful candidate will be able to learn new concepts and technologies quickly and adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to identify their technical and business needs
  • Propose tailored solutions to drive engagement
  • Develop comprehensive written proposals to meet sales targets
  • Deliver proof-of-concept engagements from conception to successful delivery
  • Create technical demos to showcase solution capabilities
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client value through expanded engagements

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in infrastructure services
  • Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure lifecycle and enterprise technology
  • Preferably a Computer Science degree holder or equivalent
  • Well-versed in proof-of-concept strategies and RFP/RFQ responses
  • Ability to learn new concepts and technologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and team player skills
