Job Title: Business Solutions Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Solutions Specialist to play a key role in our project delivery life cycle. As part of our cross-functional team, you will collaborate with customers to identify their needs and develop innovative technological solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment, and have strong analytical skills to review customer data for migration and post-migration validation.

In this role, you will assist in developing training materials and conducting training sessions. You will also work closely with technical teams to develop appropriate technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project manager in documenting meetings and tracking tasks
  • Collaborate with customers to identify their needs and develop suitable technological solutions
  • Review customer data and prepare it for migration and post-migration validation
  • Develop and deliver training materials to ensure successful adoption of new technologies
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Technical skills in MS Office applications
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to review customer data
