Key Portfolio Position

We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to provide expertise in cross-business portfolio, program, and project management. This role requires developing and implementing global management guidelines, analyzing performance across portfolios, and guiding senior management in the efficient use of project management tools.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global portfolio / program / project management guidelines, processes, and tools aligned with international standards.
  • Analyze and benchmark global and regional portfolios, programs, and projects using standardized performance indicators.
  • Escalate portfolio issues to relevant committees as required.
  • Collect, analyze, and distribute lessons learned to drive continuous improvement in portfolio performance.
  • Guide senior management in effective use of project management tools and tailor reporting for stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications
  • Master's or Diploma degree in a relevant field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Program/Project Manager, ideally in an EPC environment.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in SAP landscape (PPM, BW, SAC, CEC).
  • Proven knowledge of Portfolio/Program/Project Management.
  • Strong expertise in process management and KPI systems.
  • Proficiency in English with exceptional communication skills.
  • Understanding of business practices and collaboration skills to work in diverse teams.
