Job Description">

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide expertise in cross-business portfolio, program, and project management.

The role requires developing and implementing global management guidelines, analyzing performance across portfolios, and guiding senior management in the efficient use of project management tools.

You will be a key partner in supporting integrated planning, stakeholder reporting, and steering committee meetings while ensuring compliance with global standards.

This position offers an opportunity to work in a highly international environment, collaborating with experts across regions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Master's/Diploma degree in a relevant field
  • 4+ years of experience as a Program/Project Manager, ideally in an EPC environment
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in SAP landscape (PPM, BW, SAC, CEC)
  • Proven knowledge of Portfolio/Program/Project Management
  • Strong expertise in process management and KPI systems
  • Proficiency in English with exceptional communication skills
  • Understanding of Asian cultures and business practices
