Portfolio Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Management Expert to join our Asia Pacific real estate team in Singapore. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a high-performing, collaborative platform with deep regional expertise and global reach.

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled individual who can support portfolio and asset-level strategy, performance tracking, and quarterly valuations. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling and analytical skills, solid accounting knowledge, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support portfolio and asset-level strategy, performance tracking, and quarterly valuations.
  • Develop fund models, analyze performance, and prepare reporting for investors and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor liquidity, manage fund expenses, and assist with distributions.
  • Conduct market research, macro trend analysis, and help manage FX, interest rate, and tax risks.
  • Collaborate across regional teams on transactions, fundraising, product development, and operations.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in real estate, investments, or fund management.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; solid accounting knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and Excel skills.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and team-driven.
