Global Portfolio and Project Management Expert

We are seeking an exceptional portfolio and project management professional to drive strategic growth across our global operations. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in cross-business portfolio, program, and project management to deliver results-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of developing and implementing global management guidelines, analyzing performance across portfolios, and guiding senior leadership in the effective use of project management tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Global Management Guidelines: Create and implement comprehensive guidelines for cross-business portfolio, program, and project management, ensuring alignment with international standards.
  • Analyze and Benchmark Performance: Analyze and benchmark global and regional portfolios, programs, and projects using standardized performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Escalate Portfolio Issues: Escalate critical portfolio issues to relevant committees as required, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Capture Lessons Learned: Collect, analyze, and distribute lessons learned to drive continuous improvement in portfolio performance, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Guide Senior Leadership: Provide expert guidance to senior leadership on the effective use of project management tools, tailoring reporting for stakeholders and ensuring seamless communication throughout the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's or Diploma Degree: Hold a Master's or Diploma degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or project management.
  • Experience: Possess 4+ years of experience as a program/project manager, preferably in an EPC environment, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Process Management Expertise: Demonstrate strong expertise in process management and KPI systems, with a keen understanding of how to leverage these tools to drive business outcomes.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Cultural Competence: Display a deep understanding of Asian cultures and business practices, with the ability to navigate diverse cultural contexts with ease.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • EPC Experience: Have exposure to large-scale EPC projects in APAC, with a strong understanding of the complexities and challenges involved.
  • Additional Certifications: Hold additional project management certifications, such as PMP or PRINCE2, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development and excellence in the field.
