Senior Research Scientist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Research Scientist to join our R&D team.

About the Position:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and synthesizing new molecules and materials, participating in process development and optimization for ongoing projects, and providing technical support across R&D initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and synthesize novel compounds and materials;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize processes;
  • Provide expert technical guidance and support to ensure project success;

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline;
  • Proven experience in organic synthesis techniques, with at least 1 year of relevant laboratory experience (exceptionally qualified fresh graduates are welcome);
  • Prior experience in R&D is preferred, particularly in pharmaceutical or related industries;
  • Proficiency in using ChemDraw, Reaxys, SciFinder, and other relevant chemical databases and software;
  • Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred;
  • A detailed CV that highlights your qualifications and experience.
