
HR Consultant for Payroll and Work Pass Management

We are seeking a skilled freelance human resources specialist to deliver exceptional services to our clients. As part of our team, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with CPF, IRAS, and other statutory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Payroll Expert: Manage payroll processing with precision and stay updated on MOM regulations.
- Work Pass Expertise: Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations with accuracy.
- HR Operations Support: Assist with onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and other essential HR services.
- Problem Solver: Provide solutions and guidance for HR-related inquiries.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure all HR practices align with Singapore's employment laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in HR, particularly in payroll and work pass management.
- Knowledge of Singapore's employment laws and regulations (MOM, CPF, IRAS, etc.).
- Familiarity with HR software and tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
