Job Title: Inventory Control Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the day-to-day operations of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the receipt and delivery of goods, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Verify that all documentation is complete for transactions and ensure timely filing of documents.
  • Oversee the receiving of finished goods, raw materials, and miscellaneous purchases.
  • Update and process required transactions within the SAP system.
  • Analyze data, prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports, and collate information for overtime and incentive submissions.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and bi-annual stock takes.
  • Manage departmental assets, including drums, stationery, tools, diesel inventory, and vehicles.
  • Collaborate with the Store team to maintain safe and clean work environments.
Requirements
  • A Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of experience in logistics or warehousing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced situations.
