Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Planning Executive to join our team at Children's Wishing Well. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Reach for the Stars (Enrichment) Programme, planning the FRESH programme, and coordinating co-curricular activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Manage the Reach for the Stars (Enrichment) Programme, including registration, annual renewals, and collection of supporting documents. Liaise with vendors and enrichment schools on attendance and progress, and coordinate with other team members.
  • Program Planning: Plan the FRESH programme, including scheduling, liaison with donors and volunteers, internal coordination processes, and the actual running of the programme at designated sites.
  • Co-Curricular Activities: Work with Centre teams to organize co-curricular programmes, including Pathfinder, Learning Journeys, Life Skills workshops, and other activities for children during term time and holiday periods. Plan and design activity schedules and learning objectives, and liaise with external vendors and volunteers to ensure effective and safe conduct of events.
  • Administrative Support: Respond to ad-hoc enquiry emails and provide administrative support as required.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Keep proper records of activities, beneficiaries, volunteers, and other information in shared folders, and prepare reports for quarterly Board Meetings.

  • Curriculum Design: Ability to design and develop curriculum for co-curricular activities.

  • Administration: Strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage records and reports.

  • Project Management: Ability to manage projects from conception to completion, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Writing: Ability to write clear and concise reports and communications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
