Job Title: Culinary Support Team Member

">Job Description:

As a culinary support team member, you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with food preparation and presentation in compliance with standard operating procedures.

You will work closely with our experienced chefs and cooks to ensure the delivery of high-quality dishes that meet patient needs. This includes arranging special dietary requests and maintaining a clean and safe environment in accordance with HACCP standards.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Primary School education required
  • Possess a valid Basic Food Hygiene certification
  • Able to work in a cold room environment

">Benefits:

Our 3-month contract offers potential for conversion to permanent employment based on performance. As a valued team member, you can expect to receive a competitive monthly salary of $1,800. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work any 6 days per week (42 hours/week) with flexible shifts between 5:00am and 9:00pm.

Sample shifts include:

  • 5:00am – 12:00pm
  • 6:00am – 1:00pm
  • 7:00am – 2:00pm
  • 8:00am – 3:00pm
  • 9:00am – 4:00pm
  • 10:00am – 5:00pm
  • 11:00am – 6:00pm
  • 12:00pm – 7:00pm
  • 1:00pm – 8:00pm
  • 2:00pm – 9:00pm
