Culinary Support Team Member

Join us as a culinary support team member and play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our kitchen team with tasks including food preparation, cooking, and presenting dishes to our customers. You will work closely with our head chef and other team members to ensure that all food is prepared and presented to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks, adhering to recipes and quality control procedures.
  • Prepare ingredients, clean equipment, and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues.
  • Carry out additional duties as required by the head chef or other management staff.

Requirements:

  • A minimum primary school education is preferred.
  • Possess valid basic food hygiene certification.
  • Ability to work in a cold room environment.
  • Flexible and willing to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
