Job Title: Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic culinary team member to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of menu items, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service.

About the Role:
  • Assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation under the supervision of our experienced chefs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
  • Support the team with tasks such as chopping, portioning, and plating.
  • Participate in stock rotation and inventory management.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar kitchen role is preferred but not essential.
  • Able to perform split shifts, work on weekends, and public holidays.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
