Job Title: Business Development Manager - Global Key Accounts

Location: Singapore

Job Model: Hybrid

This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key global accounts in the beauty and personal care industry. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry and be able to identify opportunities for growth and development.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients at all levels, including senior-level executives.
  • Provide clients with optimal service and have in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
  • Manage global tender events and contract negotiations.
  • Identify target players that fit the company's strategy and develop and present value propositions in collaboration with global and regional marketing teams.
  • Create and manage a project pipeline in collaboration with regional teams and build a plan to develop the business sustainably.
  • Report and manage projects on CRM to share and focus on prioritized projects.

You Bring:

  • At least 10 years of experience in technical and value-based ingredient and solution selling in the beauty and personal care ingredients market.
  • Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to lead without authority.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Demonstrate strong connector, organizer, coordinator skills.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-starter mindset.
