Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at SilverDoor, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new business development and client acquisition. Your primary focus will be on researching and pursuing new business leads, implementing and measuring client acquisition plans, and delivering individual and team revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute client acquisition plans
• Analyze and report on key metrics to inform business decisions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure SilverDoor maintains a competitive edge
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in business development or a related field
• Proven track record of success in new business development
• Comprehensive knowledge of the serviced apartment industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
