Job Title: Business Development Manager

At PERSOL Singapore, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our business growth in the UAE region.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales volume and partnership opportunities in the UAE market.
  • Host and organize web3.0 events to enhance brand exposure and create new opportunities in the blockchain and crypto space.
  • Manage B2B social media accounts and websites to maintain a strong online presence.
  • Leverage professional networks to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor and assess key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
  • Participate in overseas exhibitions and events to expand our network and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE market and its business landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Japanese language proficiency is a plus.
