Site Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our dynamic team.

  • Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to oversee site operations and provide technical support.
  2. Interpret and ensure construction drawings comply with the latest building codes and regulations.
  3. Supervise site progress and ensure timely delivery of works from subcontractors and suppliers.
  4. Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  5. Conduct regular site inspections and enforce internal safety and quality standards.
  6. Attend site meetings and assist in preparatory work.
  7. Liaise with government agencies to secure necessary permits and clearances.
  8. Take on ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HDB BTO projects or similar building construction projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM software (e.g., Revit), and Microsoft Project.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
