As a Distribution Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our representatives meet the fit and proper standards under the Representative Notification Framework (RNF).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough background checks and fit and proper assessments on candidates
- Make recommendations on the suitability of candidates
- Flag adverse findings and escalate cases for further evaluation
- Ensure completeness of documentation for each candidate
- Provide regular statistics and reports to management and distribution channels
- Conduct periodic declarations and checks on existing financial consultants
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in any discipline
- At least 2 years' experience in distribution support, particularly in MAS Representative Notification Framework
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Highly organized, focused, and able to work under tight timelines and pressure

- Independent, self-driven, results-oriented, and team player
